THE PRODUCTION PROCESS
Before approaching us you should have a strong understanding of the information you will need to provide our garment factory. We have developed an outline of the Production Process, highlighting your responsibilities and providing a brief overview of the steps that must be undertaken to get your clothing designs from concept to completion.
While each garment manufacturer operates slightly differently, this is a good starting point for those new to the apparel industry.
GARMENT SPECIFICATIONS
The Garment Specification Sheet (Spec Sheet) is the key document used to manufacture your designs. It provides the important details required for construction.
If you don’t have a specification sheet, please contact us so we can discuss your needs and requirements. We offer spec. sheet production as a stand-alone service.
PRODUCTION ORDER
The Production Order Docket provides the overview of your order. It tells us the number of designs you are having produced, the quantity of each design, the amount of fabric to be supplied, the agreed pricing, the timing of production, and any other relevant information.
