As an Australian garment manufacturer in Bali, Indonesia we deliver a wide range of services to designers and specialise in producing quality resort and formal wear, street wear, tailored apparel and children’s clothing. From sampling and pattern making to full cut-make-trim (CMT) and fabric sourcing, each order is made with care in our ethically run factory.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Designers are welcome to visit our garment factory, meet our team and view the working space we pride ourselves on, however we require all potential clients to provide specification sheets prior. This allows us to quote for you.

To obtain a CMT quote, please email us with as much information as possible and include your tech pack/spec sheets. Prices are calculated on the complexity and work required to produce the final garment.

Fabric sourcing is available for orders over 50-100 units per design/color. Any print artwork must be provided ready-to-print.

SPECIFICATION SHEETS

Specification sheets (aka Tech Packs) are essential for quoting, sampling and production. It is a requirement of working with our team that these are provided. We do offer specification sheet development as a stand-alone service, however you are welcome to provide your own. Each specification sheet must include:

• Technical drawings
• Measurements of the sample sizes and your size chart
• Label descriptions (e.g. washing instructions) and placement
• Fabric details
• Sewing details (trims, finishings, seams etc)
• Specific packing requirements.

PATTERN MAKING & GRADING

Our team includes professional pattern makers and graders who are available to interpret your designs and ensure the production of high quality apparel.

All patterns are developed into toile samples and reviewed before completion into a true sample.

We also welcome the use of patterns produced externally.

All patterns are kept at our garment factory and are never re-used or sold to other designers.

SAMPLE MAKING

Before any production commences a sample garment will be made by our team. This can be shipped to any location for you to review and approve.

The quality of your final product will match that of your sample, with our production team following detailed spec sheets refined during sampling.

TAGS & LABELS

Standard size and wash/care labels are included in your garment production quote. Designer labels are not included, however we can source all tags and labels if required.
